We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days. Once we verify your identity, we will respond to your request and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days calendar days. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice. Please note that any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request’s receipt.
